Empty your wallet and photo-copy all your credit cards, health cards and any other cards with information that would be handy to have if you lost your wallet. Do this once a year or any time there is a change.
Keep the photo copies with the a list of the following, together in your Master Household Binder.
Your current budget Bank account numbers, name of phone numbers of branches your accounts are in Credit card numbers and phone numbers to report lost or stolen Driver's license numbers for all family members Insurance policy numbers, agents' names and phone numbers Savings bonds numbers Social insurance numbers for all family members Accountant's, lawyer's, financial planner's names and phone numbers Employee benefits program, insurance company name and phone number Mortgage numbers Outstanding loan numbers
On a separate sheet for your Executor list the following
Location of tax records Location of deeds of properties owned Location of safe deposit box and key Location of wills Power of attorney
Copy all sheets and keep in your safe deposit box. Update at least yearly.
